Since weights vary for our packaged meats and soap, you will be sent a separate invoice via email for these items after they are packed. One way of preparing beef tongue is to scald it in hot water and remove the skin, then roast the tongue in an oven, using the pan drippings to prepare a gravy. Very high in fat – up to 72% of it’s caloric content. Delicious when cooked correctly.
All our beef is grass fed and grass finished by Hoof Hearted Farm in Blacksburg, Va.
