Description
The pork flash special is $135 for a bag of farmer’s choice of cuts which may include a variety of bone-in chops, boneless chops, ribs, shanks, shoulder roast (Boston Butt), sausage patties, loose sausage, sausage links, hickory-smoked jowl bacon strips, and/or plain ground pork. Though actual bag weights may vary depending on cuts, the total bundle typically weighs around 11-13 lbs. Volume fills about a standard paper grocery bag.
