$6.75/lb plus $5. Whole spatchcocked chickens are typically 3.5-4.3 lbs and total approximately $29- $34 each. Quantities selected are per pack. Since weights vary for our packaged meats and soap, you will be sent a separate invoice via email for these items after they are packed. Our new favorite cut! Spatchcock (also known as butterfly) is a cut that lets you grill or roast your chicken flat because we removed the backbone for you. Our spatchcocked chicken is a more economical cut than individual chicken parts and cooks much faster and more evenly than whole chicken. Use the remaining bones to cook down for chicken stock. Flavorful and tender heritage breed free-ranged here by us and fed certified organic feed.
