Our own baby ginger. Juicy and tender with rich ginger flavor. Stems trimmed. Frozen in vacuum-sealed BPA-free packs here at Glade Road Growing. The easiest way to use frozen ginger is to grate what you need while it is still frozen. Put any remaining ginger in a resealable bag and put back in freezer until use. Frozen ginger will be soft throughout once thawed. Grated ginger shines in stir-fry dishes, soups, teas, and pickles.
