Want to add some hens to your homestead? We have some available this Saturday, 6/8 only, from 9 am- 11 am.
Each year we get a new flock of young laying hens and sell off the ones from the previous year. The hens we have for sale are about 1.5 years old and have been feed organic feed and have had outdoor access their entire time with us. They’re a small breed called Novogens that lay large brown eggs. Since they’re small, they don’t guzzle down feed like other breeds and do well at just 0.25 lbs of feed per hen per day.
Reserve your hens here. Pick up is this Saturday 6/8 only from 9-11 am. If you cannot make it during this time, call us for arrangements.
