Description
Mildly hot chili pepper, called Anaheim after the California city or Hatch Chili when grown in the Hatch region of New Mexico (ours of course are grown here in Blacksburg). Less heat than jalapeno peppers with size similar to carmen and cubanelle peppers. These peppers are typically roasted or stuffed for chili rellenos. Priced per pepper.
