Our own pork shoulder slow cooked with flavorful spices and then pulled from the bone. Lightly salted. Delicious quick addition to sandwiches, chili’s or stews. Seasoned and ready to eat once thawed. Prepared and packed for us by Tabula Rasa on Glade in 12 oz BPA-free vacuum-sealed bags (makes about 4 portions). Product is frozen and ready to eat once thawed.
