Description
A versatile cooking oil substitute high in vitamin D. Used for frying and in pastries, pie crusts and biscuits from our own organic-fed and pasture raised pigs. Also excellent for natural skin care and body moisturizing. Made here in small batches and packed in 12+ oz packages. A farmer’s favorite. We use lard as a substitute for butter in dairy-free cooking. Don’t knock it til you’ve tried it!
All our pork is raised by us here on pasture and fed certified organic feed.
