$12/ lb, packages typically around 1-2 lb, or approx. $12-$24 per pack. Quantities selected are per pack. Since weights vary for our packaged meats and soap, you will be sent a separate invoice via email for these items after they are packed. If would like to request a package size for your individual meat cuts, you can enter them in the “Order notes” box on the check out page and we will try to accommodate.
Babyback rib racks are more tender and less fatty than spare ribs and contain some of the loin meat. Ribs are excellent grilled or put in the slow cooker with your favorite dry rub or glaze.
All our pork is raised by us here on pasture and fed certified organic feed.
