$12/lb, packages typically 1 lb, or approx. $12 per pack. Quantities selected are per pack. Since weights vary for our packaged meats and soap, you will be sent a separate invoice via email for these items after they are packed. If would like to request a package size for your individual meat cuts, you can enter them in the “Order notes” box on the check out page and we will try to accommodate.
Loose breakfast sausage flavored with salt, spicy red pepper, sage, sugar and black pepper. Loose breakfast sausage is great formed into patties and fried up in the morn. The sweetness is mild enough that you can use for most any of your loose sausage needs (meatballs, tacos, stuffing squash, etc).
No nitrates, artificial preservatives or colors.
All our pork is raised by us here on pasture and fed certified organic feed.
