The library is for current farm share members only. Once you get an “Order complete” email then the piece will be available for you to pick up from the preorder pick up area of the farm stand. Look for the bin(s) with your name on them. Return within 1 week. Avoid replacement cost by returning the item clean and ready for the next user, with all the attachments that came with it.

It’s a bit of work but a lot of fun to make your own batch of custom sausage links with flavorings of your choice. This linker is for just that. Blend ground pork shoulder or use plain ground pork with your choice of spices, wines and flavorings. I especially like to explore Hank Shaw’s link recipes here.
You’ll need casings to do this. You can typically find casings locally at Tractor Supply or Rural King in the hunting section or order organic casings online. I prefer fresh hog casings over dry beef casings. If using fresh casings be sure to rinse thoroughly before use.
