“Upon discovering their low hormone levels are caused by perimenopause, two monks seek to regain balance over their lives while suffering from symptoms of sleeplessness, fatigue, anxiety, and mood swings.
Searching for answers, the monks are hit with roadblocks of misinformation, lack of education, and inequality throughout the medical system.
Through these conversations, their own journeys on hormone therapy and using natural lifestyle changes, plus conversations with fellow patients who are suffering from intense symptoms, the monks take on the challenge of stopping misinformation, fighting medical injustice, and educating women on how to make the best choices to live the lives they deserve.”
The views and opinions expressed in this movie are those of the movie’s creators and do not necessarily reflect the official position of Glade Road Growing.
We’re just psyched to have people talking about perimenopause!
