Since weights vary for our packaged meats and soap, you will be sent a separate invoice via email for these items after they are packed. Delicious heritage pork shoulder roast, marbled with delectable fat. Best slow roasted or braised. Makes great pulled pork. We have a wide range of butt sizes so please specify if you’d like a larger or smaller roast.
All our pork is raised by us here on pasture and fed certified organic feed.
