Pork fat back can be sliced and rendered into your own lard for frying or pastry making. Can also be ground in with your own homemade sausage from beef or venison. Rendering lard from fatback also yields pork cracklings, which are an irresistible snack.
No nitrates, artificial preservatives or colors. All our pork is raised by us here on pasture and fed certified organic feed.
We do not ship fatback at this time. If you are interested in a shipment of 50 lbs+ of fatback contact us during the winter. Shipping charges for 50 lbs of fatback are minimum around $100 for 2-day shipping with ice packs.
