Since weights vary for our packaged meats and soap, you will be sent a separate invoice via email for these items after they are packed. Chorizo loose sausage is a classic Mexican-flavored sausage great with eggs and in tacos. Ingredients include pork, blend of chili peppers, salt, spices, garlic powder, spice extractives and less than 2% silicon dioxide added as an anticaking agent.
No nitrates or artificial or colors.
All our pork is raised by us here on pasture and fed certified organic feed.
