$11/lb, packages typically 0.75-1.25 lbs, or approx. $9-$14 per pack. Quantities selected are per pack. Since weights vary for our packaged meats and soap, you will be sent a separate invoice via email for these items after they are packed. If would like to request a package size for your individual meat cuts, you can enter them in the “Order notes” box on the check out page and we will try to accommodate.
Uncured belly strips that you can season to your liking. Cook like bacon by pan frying or baking in the oven at 350 deg for 20 minutes. You can (carefully) pour off the fat that melts from the bacon into a glass jar, store in the fridge, and use for frying other foods later on. You can also use this rendered fat in recipes that call for lard in pie crusts, biscuits and more.

All our pork is raised by us here on pasture and fed certified organic feed.
