The pork flash special is $139 for a bag of farmer’s choice of cuts, which may include a variety of bone-in chops, boneless chops, ribs, shanks, shoulder roast (Boston Butt), sausage patties, loose sausage, sausage links, hickory-smoked jowl bacon strips, smoked bacon ends, boneless stew meat,and/or plain ground pork. Though actual bag weights may vary depending on cuts, the total bundle typically weighs around 10-12 lbs. Volume fills about a standard paper grocery bag.

We raise all our own happy pigs right here. They are moved around the farm in rotating paddocks and fed certified organic feed. We primarily raise heritage Berkshire hogs, also know as Kurobuta hogs in Japanese.
Berkshire pork is renowned for its intramuscular marbling which creates a juicy, flavorful, and tender meat.
