We raise black turkeys (Artisan Gold) on our pastures and sunflowers and certified organic non-GMO feed. Every year we get several compliments on how delicious our turkeys are and we always sell out. Try one this year for Thanksgiving or put in the freezer for other special holidays.
Your turkey should be kept refrigerated/cold until you cook it for Thanksgiving Day or frozen if you will be preparing thereafter.
If you have a size preference please indicate in the “order notes” section at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. On pick up day we prefer check payment for the remainder but also accept credit cards and cash as well.
Turkeys are processed on site by us and are packed with giblets inside in a separate bag. Cooking tips provided and can also be found here.
Once our turkey reservation is full, all following orders will be added to our turkey waiting list and we will notify customers on the waiting list first come first served if one becomes available. We may not know if we have extras until the week of Thanksgiving but will keep you updated either way. No deposit is required to be on the turkey waiting list.
